Will it be a bit socially taboo if I date an Indian girl as a white guy in Edinburgh?

I’m moving to Edinburgh soon from the U.S. and I understand that some brits are racist toward Indians. In the U.S., we have very little if any racist attitudes toward Indians since the racists here are so focused mainly on blacks and sometimes hispanics. Anyway, I think Indian women are tidy, especially southern indian women with lighter skin. By the way, are Indians in Britain highly likely to date solely within their race? If so, how likely? (try to approximate the % of single Indians who might consider dating outside their race)

Not all Brits are prejudiced against mixed-marriages. On the contrary, Britain has become a very mixed-marriage country. You need to be strong, of course, to deal with any prejudices and if you lover this girl then you will have no problem. The Indians will have to get used to it. Treat them with a friendly attitude and take in some of their culture. I am sure they will love you.
