We’ve all been in the dating game at some point.  Some of us are getting in the game for the first time, and some of us are going back into it after the end of a relationship or some other reason.

For the young and new to the game, there are sometimes confidence issues, or just the fear of not really knowing ‘what to do’.

For those going back into the game, maybe after years in a relationship, it can be scary going back in the game when the ‘rules have changed’.
